There are 50 states in the United States. Select one -except Connecticut, Florida, or New York. Choose a state that you have never visited! 😄 Click on the picture at the bottom of the page to see the list. I will provide the spreadsheet (virtually) so you can select your state. You may do this assignment with a partner or you may choose to do it individually.

Find important information on the web related to your state.
*You may click on each state to have a preview, but you need 5 references.*

For this project, you need the following information: ​​​

Introduction page (1st page) with the name of your state, your name/s, class, period, and teacher's name.

Name of your state & State abbreviation

A map of the USA and the location of your state.

3. After gathering all the information, you will create a PowerPoint. Please check on the "Evaluation" tab for specifics about the PowerPoint.
4. Finally, along with your partner, you will create something that represents the state that you chose.
